Every Danbro epoxy floor starts the same way: a moisture test, a diamond-ground slab and concrete prep done properly. It’s the part you never see, and the reason the floor coating stays down for good.
Each epoxy floor system is built for a different job, from decorative metallic floors to industrial urethane cement. Choose the look you love and we match the build-up to how the space is used.
Hand-worked metallic pigment with real depth. No two floors alike.
Full-broadcast vinyl flake under a clear, salt-proof topcoat.
Double-broadcast coloured quartz for wet, busy floors.
High-build industrial epoxy in a solid colour.
Heavy-duty urethane cement for thermal shock and constant moisture.
Ground, densified and polished concrete with nothing to peel.
Marble and glass chips in epoxy, ground and polished flat.
Aisles, walkways, stalls and hazard zones, laid out precisely.
An epoxy floor is a system of layers bonded to diamond-ground concrete: a primer, a base coat, the decorative body coat and a protective topcoat. Here’s how a metallic epoxy floor is built, from bare concrete up.
A garage floor coating turns cracked, stained concrete into a sealed surface that shrugs off road salt and hot tires. Our flake epoxy garage floors are finished with a polyaspartic topcoat in days, not weeks. Drag to compare.

Send us the drawings, specs and bid date. We price epoxy, urethane cement, polished concrete and terrazzo floors for commercial, industrial and institutional work.
A professional epoxy floor installation takes six steps, from moisture testing and diamond grinding to the final topcoat, whether it’s a two-car garage or a warehouse.
We measure the space, test the slab for moisture and talk through how you use it.
Industrial grinders open up the concrete so the coating bonds into the slab, not just on top of it.
Cracks, spalls and joints are filled, then a primer soaks into the prepared surface.
Body coats, broadcast or metallic artistry go down in the order your system calls for.
A protective topcoat seals everything in. We tell you exactly when you can walk and drive on it.
We inspect the floor with you and leave simple care instructions.
Beyond epoxy floors, we bring the same standard of work to garage makeovers, walls, roofs, mechanical insulation, painting and outdoor concrete.
Floor, walls and storage, planned and built as one project.
Hung, taped and finished to a smooth, paint-ready surface.
Shingle roofs installed as a complete, sealed system.
Pipes, ducts and equipment insulated and jacketed.
Interior and exterior painting with proper prep.
Stone, slate and brick patterns for patios and driveways.
Washed concrete that shows the stone, built for winter.

01We check the concrete for moisture and look over every crack and old coating before we choose the system.
02Grinding opens up the surface so the coating can bond, with the dust pulled straight into the extractor. Cracks and spalls get filled.
03A pigmented epoxy base coat goes down across the whole floor, wall to wall.
04Vinyl flake is broadcast into the wet base until none of the base coat shows through.
05Loose flake is scraped and vacuumed, then a clear, UV-stable topcoat locks it in.
06Usually within 24 to 48 hours of the topcoat, depending on temperature.
