The Last FloorYou’ll Need.
Epoxy flooring and floor coatings in Toronto and the GTA, for garages, basements, businesses and industry.
Every Danbro epoxy floor starts the same way: a moisture test, a diamond-ground slab and concrete prep done properly. It’s the part you never see, and the reason the floor coating stays down for good.
Eight floor
coating systems.
Each epoxy floor system is built for a different job, from decorative metallic floors to industrial urethane cement. Choose the look you love and we match the build-up to how the space is used.
How an epoxy floor is built, layer by layer.
An epoxy floor is a system of layers bonded to diamond-ground concrete: a primer, a base coat, the decorative body coat and a protective topcoat. Here’s how a metallic epoxy floor is built, from bare concrete up.
Epoxy garage floor transformation.
A garage floor coating turns cracked, stained concrete into a sealed surface that shrugs off road salt and hot tires. Our flake epoxy garage floors are finished with a polyaspartic topcoat in days, not weeks. Drag to compare.

How we install an epoxy floor.
A professional epoxy floor installation takes six steps, from moisture testing and diamond grinding to the final topcoat, whether it’s a two-car garage or a warehouse.
Garage, drywall, roofing and concrete services.
Beyond epoxy floors, we bring the same standard of work to garage makeovers, walls, roofs, mechanical insulation, painting and outdoor concrete.

Commercial Epoxy Flooring questions
Can you install while we stay open?
Usually, yes. We phase the work, install after hours or on weekends, and use fast-cure systems so areas reopen quickly.
Which floor is best for a restaurant kitchen?
Quartz broadcast floors suit most kitchens. Where there is steam cleaning, boiling water or walk-in freezers, urethane cement is the better choice.
How do we clean and maintain a coated floor?
Daily dust mopping and a neutral cleaner are enough for most commercial floors. We leave written care instructions for your cleaning staff.
Other services
Beyond the floor: garage makeovers, drywall, roofing, mechanical insulation, painting and decorative outdoor concrete, built with the same care for what’s underneath.

Same floor, same spot. Drag the handle to see what it looked like when we arrived.
How a floor comes together.
Stills from our own job videos, from bare concrete to the day you park on it.
01Test the slab
We check the concrete for moisture and look over every crack and old coating before we choose the system.
02Diamond grind and repair
Grinding opens up the surface so the coating can bond, with the dust pulled straight into the extractor. Cracks and spalls get filled.
03Base coat
A pigmented epoxy base coat goes down across the whole floor, wall to wall.
04Full flake broadcast
Vinyl flake is broadcast into the wet base until none of the base coat shows through.
05Scrape and topcoat
Loose flake is scraped and vacuumed, then a clear, UV-stable topcoat locks it in.
06Park on it
Usually within 24 to 48 hours of the topcoat, depending on temperature.
