The Last FloorYou’ll Need.
Epoxy flooring and floor coatings in Toronto and the GTA, for garages, basements, businesses and industry.
Every Danbro epoxy floor starts the same way: a moisture test, a diamond-ground slab and concrete prep done properly. It’s the part you never see, and the reason the floor coating stays down for good.
Eight floor
coating systems.
Each epoxy floor system is built for a different job, from decorative metallic floors to industrial urethane cement. Choose the look you love and we match the build-up to how the space is used.
How an epoxy floor is built, layer by layer.
An epoxy floor is a system of layers bonded to diamond-ground concrete: a primer, a base coat, the decorative body coat and a protective topcoat. Here’s how a metallic epoxy floor is built, from bare concrete up.
Epoxy garage floor transformation.
A garage floor coating turns cracked, stained concrete into a sealed surface that shrugs off road salt and hot tires. Our flake epoxy garage floors are finished with a polyaspartic topcoat in days, not weeks. Drag to compare.

Industrial Epoxy Flooring
Built for forklifts, chemicals, washdowns and safety.
Industrial floors take forklift traffic, dropped parts, chemicals, hot-water washdowns and freezer temperatures. We match the system to the conditions, from high-build epoxy and urethane cement to quartz broadcast and safety line marking, and phase the work to keep your operation running.
Serving Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Caledon, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Hamilton.

Industrial Epoxy Flooring questions
How much downtime will a floor coating need?
We plan around your schedule, coating zones in phases, overnight or on weekends, and use fast-cure products where you can’t wait.
Which coating handles chemicals and hot washdowns?
Urethane cement handles thermal shock and harsh chemicals best. For general chemical resistance, epoxy with a urethane topcoat works well. We specify after reviewing what is used on the floor.
Can you add safety lines at the same time?
Yes. We lay out aisles, walkways and hazard zones as part of the project and seal them under a clear topcoat for longer life.
Other services
Beyond the floor: garage makeovers, drywall, roofing, mechanical insulation, painting and decorative outdoor concrete, built with the same care for what’s underneath.

How a floor comes together.
Stills from our own job videos, from bare concrete to the day you park on it.
01Test the slab
We check the concrete for moisture and look over every crack and old coating before we choose the system.
02Diamond grind and repair
Grinding opens up the surface so the coating can bond, with the dust pulled straight into the extractor. Cracks and spalls get filled.
03Base coat
A pigmented epoxy base coat goes down across the whole floor, wall to wall.
04Full flake broadcast
Vinyl flake is broadcast into the wet base until none of the base coat shows through.
05Scrape and topcoat
Loose flake is scraped and vacuumed, then a clear, UV-stable topcoat locks it in.
06Park on it
Usually within 24 to 48 hours of the topcoat, depending on temperature.
